June 21, 2007 - It was an incredible evening!

Thank you everyone who helped make the book launch for Live Your Dreams: Doctor's Orders, a tremendous success. Over 120 people showed up to celebrate Dr. Sam, the book and all of the people involved in making this book a reality. Special thanks to my wife, Michelle Hoffer, for her ongoing support throughout the writing and her help in putting this event together, Janet Mathews, the MC for the evening and one of my editors, Agnes Bellegris, one of my editors and event planner, Dianne Kehoe, my book designer, and my good friends, Bahram Jam and Heidi Prosserman. And of course, a special thanks to my book contributors, some of whom were able to attend the Launch and all of the people who came to lend their support and encouragement. Thank you so much.
